A brand-new town called Northstowe is expected to have up to 10,000 houses and 24,400 residents in Cambridgeshire, England, UK. A Vibrant 21st century town with a strong local identity. Combining of historic characteristics that will be combined with provisions for a more environmentally friendly living arrangement and lifestyle choices. The aim of Northstowe is to build a number of accessible public places for people of all abilities. It is crucial for Northstowe that the new community, has enough room for leisure activities for people of all abilities. That there should be a variety of public open area within easy walking distance for people of all ages. This is crucial as it portrays a communal, climatic, connecting and characterful atmosphere. The Phase 1 master plan is founded on a number of design concepts that are intended to guarantee the success of a thriving new community at Northstowe. It aims to build a community that is flexible enough to meet both the current and future requirements of the neighborhood while also being an inspiring location to reside. Importantly, one of the main architectural aims of the master plan has been to make sure that Phase 1 alone develops a sustainable mixed-use neighborhood.
